During the diagnostic we will take a look at your device to figure out the problem, but will not make any repairs. We will first inform you of a quote that will include labor as well as replacement parts. If you choose to go forward with the repair or if your device is under warranty, the diagnostic fee will be waived. If not, the $69.99 for the diagnostic will apply, just like a check up at a doctor.
